FINANCE THE GOSPEL
he gospel travels from house to house, community to community, nation to nation by means of money. The church requires money to spread the gospel. Be admonished to finance the gospel and support soul winning activities.
God exhibited His love by giving His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ for the salvation of the the world:
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”(John 3:16)
He gave because He loves the world and doesn’t want any to perish. God gave us an example to follow. You are saved today because somebody financed the gospel. The printing of tracts, mobilization of people to evangelize, organization of outreach programs and other soul-winning activities demand money.
Jesus Christ said if you love me, feed my sheep. You feed His sheep by financing the gospel. Let giving financially to spread the gospel be your priority.
The Church of Corinth was very generous in providing financially In support of the gospel and soul winning:
“This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, others will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else.”(2 Corinthians 9:12-13 NIV)
To populate heaven, you need to commit your efforts and resources in furtherance of the gospel. As more souls are saved, heaven is populated and hell is depopulated. This happens when the gospel goes to the nooks and crannies of the world. This requires money and effort.
May you give willingly to finance the gospel and for the salvation of souls. AMEN
PRAYER
- Pray and thank God for His grace and mercies renewed over your household this day
- Pray that the gospel shall reach every part of the world, especially small, hidden and hard-to- reach areas for the salvation of all sinners
- Pray for the grace to finance the gospel and commit your efforts to soul winning activities
- Pray that the LORD will protect and resource pastors, evangelist, missionaries and all involved in the work of the gospel and soul winning activities

I am saved to support the salvation of others. I willingly commit my efforts, resources, and finances to the spread of the gospel and soul winning activities to the glory of God
